WAR / WAREHOUSE OF ARCHITECTURE AND RESEARCH
Warehouse of Architecture and Research was founded in Rome in 2013. Its essence lies between a mannerist architecture studio and an independent space for research in contemporary practice. WAR held lectures at La Sapienza in Rome, Politecnico and Triennale in Milan, Parsons, Pratt and Tulane in the United States. Its works have been exhibited in Rome, Venice, Milan, New York, at the RIBA and Betts in London, at the Biennale of Shenzhen-Hong Kong and published in international magazines such as Arquitectura Viva, Domus, IDEAT, Summa+, The Architect’s Newspaper among others. Today its partners are Gabriele Corbo and Jacopo Costanzo. Currently, they are professors at Università degli Studi di Genova and at the IED in Rome and are advisors to the Centro Studi Giorgio Muratore and to the American Academy in Rome. Since 2019 they have been publishing Panteon magazine. In 2020 and 2022 they were included among the emerging Italian architects by Platform and Area.
